Welcome to The Hildyard Arms, a traditional country pub in the quiet village of Colburn, near Richmond, North Yorkshire. The Hildyard has a modern feel with a small bar and large lounge as well as a cosy snug with a real fire lit in the winter. Our large front and back garden are perfect for soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the fresh air overlooking surrounding countryside and beck flowing nearby.

Situated directly on the Coast to Coast footpath, just an hour’s walk from Richmond, the pub is a great stop off or destination for a walk. With homecooked food served alongside a great range of real ales, wines and spirits, a warm welcome is available to all including families, pets and muddy boots.

As well as great food and drink, we now have 2 beautifully appointed shepherd huts available to book and free on site camping for walkers.
